Cherry Farm

Cherry Farm is the company’s new industrial and commercial project.

The site consists of approaching 17 acres of prime development land on the edge of Malton. Access onto the A64 with its links to York and the A1/M1 is less than a minute away.

The site is currently in the planning process and hopes to achieve B1, B2 & B8 approvals by early summer 2010.

Cherry Farm is adjacent to the already successful York Road Industrial Estate and promises to be equally, if not even more sought after than the previous phases.

The properties will be available in various sizes subject to individual requirements and offered on either a freehold or leasehold basis.

Options and provisional contracts are now being discussed on some of the units and enquiries are being taken.
